People First provides safe and decent housing, emergency shelter, transitional housing, case management, and services that help residents move toward independence.

Lead-Safe and Healthy Homes

AHG’s work includes lead-safe and healthy-homes efforts for income-qualified residents, including testing and hazard reduction when program funding and eligibility allow.

Tiny Homes and Community Stability

We are developing small-home and tiny-home concepts that move beyond crisis spending toward community stability, affordability, dignity, and long-term support.
